Apple (AAPL) failed to make a case Wednesday that Apple TV could replace cable TV. Instead, it did something smarter: It introduced an Apple TV that consumers will want alongside their cable boxes.

Last year, Facebook announced on their development blog that they would be reducing the width allowed on tabs. Many developers scrambled to fit their apps into the right size. Oddly, months after the announcement, no change had been made. The change is finally here.
