Freestyle skier Jenn Heil of Spruce Grove, Alta., scored Canada's first medal of the 2010 Games by grabbing silver in women's moguls with a score of 25.69.
American Hana Kearney flew down the course to win the gold medal with a score of 26.63. Her teammate, Shannon Bahrke, finished in the third spot with a score of 25.43.
